Tile Factory’s Project and Trade division are 100% active  within the project starting at the architectural stage right through to construction. The team is dedicated to providing complete assistance to our commercial and trade partners to help the project achieve the required set outcomes.            

With over 28 years experience we have all the skills necessary to ensure that the project outcomes are achieved on time and on budget.   Over the years Tile Factory has maintained solid relationships with all of our suppliers and has the capabilities of sourcing all tile and stone products both locally and overseas.  Our extensive range of products reflects the current trends of today’s market, providing our clients with innovative concepts and designs.

Our vast range of products includes internal and external floor tiles, wall tiles, features, glass mosaics and natural stone products.  Size can vary depending on the product and the requirements of the project and in most cases can be tailored to meet the needs of the client.  Tile Factory has a distribution network based in Brisbane with the capabilities of dealing to site interstate and in some cases overseas.

The Tile Factory’s Project and Trade division is headed by Mike Snare. Mike has over 14 years experience in dealing with "true" commercial projects and is also the current Queensland president of the Australian Tile Council.

Some of the large projects that the team has already been involved with include Thiess Reef Fleet Cairns, Shared Tennancy Mall in Albert Street Brisbane, Aspire Residential Tower Ipswich, SW1 West End Tower & Commercial application and Hutchinson Corporate Centre Bundall. We have also been involved in projects constructed by companies such as Watpac, Mcnab Constructions and FK Gardner & Sons.
