Using Tile Factory's online ordering system is the easiest and most convenient way to place an order. We give you LIVE access to our stock inventory so you can see exactly what is available right down to the type of shades that are available.
Online ordering is available 7 days a week so you can place orders outside of our Customer Service operating hours at a time that is convenient to you.

To assist you with the initial setup we also have an onsite IT specialist available to provide you with a step by step guide on how to use the system. In addition to over the phone support we also provide you with an Online Ordering Manual which will show you step by step how to place an order and use the many other functions available.
