Dedicated Trade Representatives

We understand how difficult it can be for clients to deal with multiple points of contact.  At Tile Factory we offer each of our clients a dedicated trade representative who they can contact at any point throughout the project to assist them with their needs.  If you require an onsite inspection or simply product advice your trade representative is no more than a phone call away.

Take-off Requirements

As an additional service we will also calculate the total tiles needed (square metres) straight off the plan.  All of our trade representatives have access to software that allows them to accurately measure the exact tile requirements for each build and help reduce short supply issues.

Selection Boards

We provide all our clients with professionally designed selection boards to assist you in the tile selection process.  This can either be designed as per your request or we can put together a range of colour schemes on your behalf.  We are also able to use your existing boards, if requested or we can use our own company branded boards.

Personalised Tile Packages

Our experienced team of professionals are able to assist clients with the creation of their very own personalised colour schemes.  Some of our domestic builders request anywhere up to 5 different packages that they can offer their clients.  Because we are constantly up to date with the current trends we are able to package together the latest colours and designs that keep you up to date with current market demands.

Showroom Selections

We understand that there are occasions where your clients will want to add their own personal touches to their home.  For this reason our showroom at Moorooka is made available so that your clients can discuss the different options available with one of our trained sales consultants.

After Sales Service

From time to time it may be necessary for one of our trade representatives to inspect a project weeks, sometimes months after the project has been completed.  All of our products are covered by our 10 Year Product Guarantee so if there is an issue with one of our products we are more than happy to help work with our clients to rectify the situation.

Project Management

Our staff will manage your project from the architectural stage right through to construction, assisting you with product selection, design advice and order quantities when required. We will also organise all the logistical requirements needed to ensure you have all the products onsite, when you need them.  Our selected logistic partners offer both hand unloads and machine unloads depending on the site requirements.  If you find you run short of tiles for some reason your designated trade representative will deliver the additional cartons directly to site as soon as possible.
